Bawarchi Biryanis is a great Indian restaurant at the heart of Brandon on SR 60, next to AMC and Westfield mall. We are accepting resumes for staff who has great interpersonal skills and great communication skills to be able to serve our customers and work as a team member. We have flexible hours, If you are not familiar with Indian cuisine or food, don't worry , we will train you for the job.

• Greeting and seating guests.
• Have the ability to work on POS tablet, laptop to handle basic functionality of accepting delivery or online orders.
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
• Willingly assisting team members without being asked
• Suggesting variety of menu items to as per the needs of customer.
• Suggest spicy levels for each item and enter into POS order to kitchen.
• Provide feedback on improving customer service to the management.
• Carefully hand out each to go order ,verify all items are in the bag.

• Helping to keep our restaurant clean, completing side work, and organizing supplies as needed
• Clean and Clear tables
• Providing total guest satisfaction.
• Help take phone take out orders, Uber or any delivery orders.
• Familiarity with Indian food is a plus

Skills Required

• At least 1 year experience working in a restaurant setting.

• Familiarity with restaurant management software (Clover), like OpenTable and PeachWorks

• Ability to work well with people in a team environment
